I've always been the "go to person" for getting gnarly sh-t done and leading small to midsize organizations through transformative, but very disruptive change by building strong relationships based on trust and crafting creative and scrappy solutions given limited resources.

Increasingly people seek my advice when they need help moving forward at work - they know that I will be honest and direct while keeping their best interests and opportunities in mind.  Most importantly, I will listen to them and understand what they truly need and leverage my knowledge and network to make meaningful connections for them.
